Badges to Bosses™️: Transforming Employees to Entrepreneurs," was created with a passion for empowering individuals to transition from employees to successful entrepreneurs, I have developed and overseen this transformative program for almost decade.  I’ve designed an innovative curricula  to ensure the program provides valuable resources and mentorship to participants. The pHERfect Score™ workshop is designed to empower women with essential financial literacy skills, enabling them to make informed financial decisions and enhance their overall financial well-being. This interactive half-day event covers fundamental topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, and managing debt, fostering a supportive community where participants can share experiences and learn from one another.

The workshop begins with an introduction and icebreaker activity, followed by sessions on understanding financial basics and creating personalized budgets. Participants learn the importance of saving and building an emergency fund, along with the basics of investing and risk management. Debt management strategies and tips for improving credit scores are also discussed.

The workshop culminates in setting financial goals, where participants outline their objectives and action plans. Networking opportunities encourage community building for ongoing support. Participants leave with a workshop handbook, budgeting templates, and resources for further learning, along with the option to join a private online community for continued engagement.
